Some reasons for this are: The card details do not match and the bank or PayPal/Stripe for security declined the payment. The card may have some sort of restriction for Internet purchases. The funds on the card are insufficient. If you still want the product that was cancelled you will have to place a new order. In case you have taken advantage of a discount, price or any promotion, unfortunately this may not be respected once the order has been cancelled. But don't worry, if the cancellation was generated by a lack of stock, we will compensate you by giving you a coupon. of 10% discount in the whole store, with no minimum purchase.

We take your new item very seriously, so domestic shipments may take up to 3 business days to process and ship your order from stock, 10 business days for custom orders.
